Rules that govern a BetWest account in the UK

These terms set out how a BetWest account for United Kingdom members is used, from the first deposit to a payout. BetWest is an online casino and sportsbook. The bonus terms shown in the account supplement these terms. Questions about them go to [email protected].

Eligibility

Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. A UK account is held in pounds sterling, and its balance is shared by the casino, the live casino and the sportsbook. The details given at registration should match the documents requested later.

Depositing

Deposits are credited at once on cards, e-wallets and the other listed methods, and we charge no fee on a deposit. The cashier shows two minimums: a general one, and a higher one that a deposit must reach to open a welcome stage. A deposit under the stage minimum is credited to the balance without a stage.

Deposit and payout methods in your own name

Playing with a welcome stage

The casino welcome package covers five deposits, matched at 100% (with 350 free spins), 75%, 75%, 50% and 100%, and it is credited automatically after a qualifying deposit with no code. For each stage:

  1. The deposit and the bonus together are staked 35 times.
  2. Winnings from free spins are staked 40 times.
  3. The stage must be completed within 10 days.
  4. Winnings obtained from the bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus.
  5. A maximum stake per spin or round applies during the bonus, and certain games are excluded or count only in part. The amounts and contributions are shown in pounds and percentages in the bonus terms of the account.

For a deposit of £50 matched at 100%, the balance in play is £100, and the stakes to be placed are 35 times £100, that is £3,500. The amount is an example. The free spins of the first stage arrive at 35 a day during its 10 days. Free spin winnings are counted on their own at 40x, and cashback at 1x.

Other offers

The weekly reload gives 50 free spins on deposits from Monday to Thursday. The weekend reload runs from Friday to Sunday and gives 50% with 50 free spins on a higher minimum deposit. Both use the 35x and 40x multipliers and the 10-day period. The sportsbook welcome offer has a 6x rollover on deposit and bonus, 30 days, and minimum odds of 2.00 on singles and 1.50 per selection on accumulators. Access from a phone or tablet

Documents before a payout

Before the first payout we request a photo ID, a proof of address issued within the last three months and proof of the payment method, to be uploaded in the Documents section within 30 days of our request. Withdrawing

Cashback

Daily cashback of up to 15% is open from VIP level 2, live cashback is 25%, and both carry a 1x requirement. Sports cashback is 10% of net losses with a 3x requirement and a 30-day period.

VIP levels

The VIP programme has five levels, assessed on the previous 90 days of play. Benefits increase with the level and include higher withdrawal ceilings, cashback of up to 15% and, from level 4, a personal manager.

One account, account changes and closure

One person may hold one account. Any further account opened by the same person is treated as a duplicate and closed. A registration is refused when the country is on our restricted jurisdiction list, when the applicant already holds an account or when the applicant is under 18. From the profile a member can change only the PIN; any other account detail is changed by our support team on request. An account is closed, and a closed account reopened, through live chat or email.

Complaints

A formal complaint is sent by email to our support team and is reviewed by the responsible department under our Complaints Resolution Procedure. A withdrawal that we cancel is explained by our Finance Department, which emails the reason, such as incorrect payment details or a change at the payment provider.
