BetWest bonus restrictions that decide whether a stage clears

A BetWest welcome stage clears only when four limits are met together: the 35x rollover on deposit and bonus, the 10-day deadline, the stake rules during play and the 10x cap on winnings. The offer itself is simple: we match five deposits at 100%, 75%, 75%, 50% and 100%. Members lose a bonus on the limits.

The restrictions in the order they bite

Deposit at or above the stage minimum. A smaller deposit credits the cashier balance but does not open a welcome stage. The minimum is shown in pounds in the cashier.
Start the 10-day period. It begins when the stage is credited, and it covers both the rollover and, in the first stage, the delivery of the free spins.
Stake 35 times the deposit and bonus together. Slot games count in full towards the rollover. Table and live games count in part or not at all, and the contribution is listed in the terms of the stage.
Keep every stake inside the maximum stake per spin or round. The figure is shown in pounds in the bonus terms. Staying under it for the whole period is a condition of the bonus.
Respect the game exclusions. We bar certain titles from play while a bonus is open. The list is part of the terms.
Know the cap. Winnings from a bonus are paid up to 10 times the bonus amount.
Request the withdrawal after the rollover closes and a deposit has been staked once.

The deposit of £100 is an example amount. The last column shows why stage 4 is the lightest to clear: the smaller match leaves a smaller balance to roll over, at the price of a smaller bonus.

A rollover worked through

The amounts are an example. A first deposit of £100 matched at 100% creates a balance of £200 in play. The rollover is 35 times that: 35 x £200 = £7,000 of stakes. A second deposit of £100 at 75% gives £175 in play and a target of 35 x £175 = £6,125. The cap on bonus winnings is 10 times the bonus, so on a £100 bonus the most that can be paid from bonus winnings is £1,000.
The days matter as much as the sum. At stage 4 the same £100 needs £5,250 in stakes, or £525 a day across the 10 days, while stage 1 needs £700 a day. Free spin winnings are counted separately. If the spins produce £30, the rollover on that sum is 40 x £30 = £1,200.

Reloads and cashback

Weekly reload spins (50 free spins, Monday to Thursday) and the weekend reload (50% with 50 free spins, Friday to Sunday) use the same 35x and 40x figures and the same 10-day period. The weekend offer needs a higher minimum deposit than the weekly spins, and both minimums are shown in pounds in the cashier. Cashback is the exception, with a 1x wagering requirement. The daily rate rises to as much as 15% at the upper VIP levels, and live cashback is 25%. Sports cashback is 10% of net losses with a 3x requirement.

Sports welcome offer compared with a casino stage

The sportsbook has its own welcome offer: 100% on the first sports deposit, a 6x rollover on deposit and bonus and 30 days to finish. The 6x figure is far lower than 35x, but it counts bets, and each bet has to meet the minimum odds of 2.00 on a single or 1.50 on each selection of an accumulator. A bet below those odds does not count towards the 6x. Casino and sports offers carry separate conditions and are read separately.

Checking a stage before the last day

On day 5 of 10, divide the stakes still needed by the days left. For the first stage in the example, £7,000 less £2,000 already staked leaves £5,000 over 5 days, which is £1,000 a day and well above the £700 a day that the stage needed at the start. A pace that has fallen behind is the signal to switch to slots, which count in full, or to accept that the stage may not clear.
