BetWest cards and e-wallets: how the payout differs

An e-wallet is the faster route out of a BetWest account. Payouts to Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity are completed within 0 to 24 hours of our approval, a card payout takes 24 to 72 hours or longer, and a bank transfer takes 3 to 7 days. Deposits are credited at once on every method except bank transfer and cryptocurrency, in pounds sterling for a UK account, and we add no fee to a deposit or a withdrawal.

Operator time and bank time are different clocks

Our finance team handles withdrawals from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT. After that the payment leaves us, and the card issuer, the bank or the blockchain has its own posting time. The 24 to 72 hours for cards and the 3 to 7 days for bank transfers are the periods we quote for the whole route.

Three minimums on the deposit side

The cashier shows a general minimum for any deposit, a higher one for a deposit that opens a welcome stage, and further figures for the reload offers; the weekly spins have a lower minimum than the weekend reload. All are displayed in pounds. A deposit that clears the general minimum but not the stage minimum is credited to the balance without a bonus.

Cashier actions for a deposit

Open the cashier and choose the method: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Revolut, bank transfer or a cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin or USDT.
Enter the amount in pounds. The general minimum opens the balance; the higher stage minimum opens a welcome stage.
Confirm. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited at once.
Check the balance, and check the bonus credit: the 10 days start when the stage is credited.

Cashier actions for a withdrawal

Open the cashier and choose a method in your own name.
Enter the amount within the daily and monthly ceiling of your VIP level. The level 5 daily ceiling is three times the level 1 figure.
Confirm. At most three requests can wait together, and a request is handled on a weekday between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT.
Check the status in the cashier. The labels and the minimum and maximum of each method are read there, in pounds.

What is checked before the first payout

Before the first payout we request a photo ID, a proof of address issued in the last three months and proof of the payment method, with 30 days from our request. For a card the proof shows the card in your name, and for a wallet the wallet account. One deposit must also have been staked once and any bonus rollover completed.

Cryptocurrency: the coins in the cashier

The cashier accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC and Tron among other coins. Payouts are handled in the same 0 to 24 hours as e-wallets, and the network fee of a transfer belongs to the network, not to us. Check the network name and address in the cashier before sending.

Cancelled requests and methods that do not pay out

A member can cancel a withdrawal while it is still pending, from the Withdrawal tab of the cashier or, where shown, from Balance History. If we cancel a request, our Finance Department emails the reason: usually incorrect payment details, technical maintenance or a change at the payment provider. Check the spam folder as well. Not every deposit method is offered for withdrawals. A member who deposited by a method missing from the withdrawal list chooses another one in their own name. A request to an account held in another person’s name is not accepted.

If a card is declined

An e-wallet, Paysafecard, Revolut or bank transfer is the practical alternative for a deposit. A card deposit that was declined is not credited, so no bonus stage opens until a deposit succeeds.
