Speed Auto RouletteBetWest on phone, tablet and computer: what each device reaches
BetWest is available on mobile through the browser version of our site, which runs on smartphones, tablets and computers. One account and one balance follow you from device to device. The layout adapts to the screen size, so everything the desktop site offers, from the cashier to the live casino, can be reached from a phone.
What you do on the device and what goes through our support team
The browser version offers the same functions on a phone, a tablet and a computer. The practical choice is therefore not between devices but between a task you finish yourself on screen and one that needs our support team.
| Task | Done yourself on any device | Needs our support team |
|---|---|---|
| Starting a welcome stage | “Activate” button in the notification after a qualifying deposit, or in the profile | Manual credit when the stage is missing, requested before playing with the deposit |
| Following the 35x | Active bonuses section of the profile, progress as a percentage | Not needed |
| Uploading documents | Documents section of the account | Upload error: send a screenshot; a document you cannot provide: say which and why |
| Cancelling a withdrawal | Withdrawal tab or Balance History, while the request is pending | Help when the option does not appear |
| Changing account details | PIN only, in the profile | Name, address or email, with the reason |
| Signing in | “Forgot your password?” link on the login page | Forgotten username or registered email |
| Deposit not credited | Allow up to two hours | Method, time, amount, error and provider screenshot |
| Closed account | Not possible | Reopening on live chat or by email |
What the browser version includes
The full lobby of more than 13,000 titles opens in the phone browser, and slots can be filtered by Megaways, Bonus Buy and jackpot features. The live section carries blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker tables and game-show formats by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Imagine Live and Vivo Gaming; live games count only in part towards the 35x, while slots count in full. Live tables, the sportsbook, the cashier, the account and the document upload sit behind the same login. A deposit or the start of a bonus stage made on one device is visible on all the others, because there is one balance and one rollover count.
Documents from a phone camera
A phone camera is the quickest route to the Documents section, but a phone photo has to meet the same image rules as any other file. We reject blurred images, photos taken with flash or passed through a filter, files that were edited or are not in their original format, and scans or screenshots instead of a photo of the original. After a successful upload the status changes to “Under review” by itself, and the check is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the full set. Until it is complete, deposits or withdrawals may be blocked, so upload from whichever device you have to hand as soon as we ask.
Payments from a mobile device
The cashier lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Revolut, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies. Deposits are credited at once on all of them and we charge no fee. After approval, e-wallets and crypto pay within 0 to 24 hours, cards within 24 to 72 hours or longer, and bank transfers within 3 to 7 days. A deposit has two minimums, a general one and a higher one for a welcome stage, and both are shown in pounds. A withdrawal goes to a payment method in your own name, and the proof of ownership uploaded for that method must carry your name.
The sportsbook from a phone
The sportsbook covers more than 20 sports, among them football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, cricket, darts, snooker and horse racing, with live betting and virtual sports. The sports welcome offer asks for a 6x rollover within 30 days. Sports cashback is 10% of net losses with a 3x requirement.
Offers you can take from a phone
| Offer | When | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome package | Five deposits | 100% with 350 spins, then 75%, 75%, 50%, 100%; 35x, 40x on spins, 10 days |
| Weekly reload | Monday to Thursday | 50 free spins; 40x on winnings |
| Weekend reload | Friday to Sunday | 50% with 50 free spins on a higher minimum deposit |
| Cashback | From VIP level 2 | Up to 15% daily, 25% live, 1x requirement |
All minimum deposits are shown in pounds in the cashier. A deposit made from a phone opens a stage exactly as one made from a computer.
VIP level and the ceilings on every device
The VIP programme has five levels, judged on the previous 90 days of play. The withdrawal ceilings follow the level, and the level 5 daily ceiling is three times that of level 1. The figures in pounds are shown in the account, and they are the same on a phone as on a computer. A personal manager is attached from level 4.
Where chat answers in your language
Live chat and email are open around the clock. Chat is offered in English, German, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Slovene and Croatian. For a display fault, send the device model, the browser name and the time of the fault. For a payment query, send the date, the method and the amount in pounds. We publish no list of minimum browser versions.
Limits and breaks from any device
A Reality Check reminder is available on the site. Deposit and loss limits, breaks and self-exclusion are arranged through our support team and apply to the account on every device. GAMSTOP offers a national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in Great Britain.
